Windsurfari Jericoacoara

Considered on of the best places in the world to practice windsurfing, Jericoacoara is a peaceful village on the tip on the Northeast of Brazil. International windsurfing competitions are held along this coastline annually. The areas excellent natural conditions will impress the most seasoned of riders.

Jeri, as the locals call it, has strong winds for the majority of the year and the conditions are good for riders of all levels. The wind is cross to cross on-shore, creating great conditions for beginners and advanced riders. This tranquil fishing village is the ideal location to relax after long days of perfect winds and waves. You can count on 25 knots from the East or Northeast, just about every single day.

Days 1-6: Your flight arrives in Fortaleza and are transferred to Jericoacoara. Your days are filled with fresh seafood and lots of wind!Your charming inn is just steps from the beach, and there are so many restaurant options close by. You can fill your days with non-stop windsurfing action or take a break to explore the coastline on horseback or in a 4x4 dune buggy. Jeri’s boutique shops and hip nightlife beckon you away from your inn to make the most of your time in paradise. The possibilities are endless and no matter how long you decide to stay, you will always want to come back for more.


Your Trip Includes: All accommodations in 4 star hotels and/or charming inns, some meals (breakfast daily, 2 lunches, and 1 dinner), services of a GRT Cultural Ambassador and expert local guides, all tours mentioned in itinerary, transportation within your trip destinations including airport transfers on the first and final days, and a private 4x4 vehicle and/or dune buggy tour, park fees.

Your Trip Does NOT Include: International flight to and from Brazil, in-country flights within Brazil (this can be arranged for an additional cost), gratuities for Cultural Ambassador and local guides, beverages, items of a personal nature (laundry, telephone, etc.), national and international airport departure taxes (if any), visa fees, travel insurance, windsurfing equipment (this can be arranged at an additional cost).
